In the third of our Cloth House DIY Christmas gift ideas we put the focus on gift wrapping. Second in line, of course, to fabric and cloth; Packaging is another of our favourite things and what better time to experiment and get creative with gift wrap than during the festive season…
Cassandra Ellis’ beautiful book “Cloth” shows us how to make “Furoshiki”. A simple square of cloth that is endlessly versatile, perfect for gift wrapping and a great way to give purpose to any precious scraps of fabric you’ve been holding onto! We used Cloth House Gingham in Cherry and Paintbox in Midnight to make her book wrap and bag wrap.
